I had been on a journey of healing for quite a while and yes I had made some good progress but honestly it wasn’t until I met and started working with Julie that my healing really got real, holistic and very deep. I feel as if Julie has helped me figure out many of the underlying root causes to what I’ve been stuck in and things I’ve been holding on to. Things that have been zapping my energy, and mindsets that didn’t serve me well. As Julie puts it “energy follows intention”.
