Julie has been a wonderful coach for me. I have been working with Julie since I was fifteen and struggling with anxiety; with Julie’s help I have been able to cultivate self-belief so that I could move forwards in life. Julie has helped me in many areas, including inner dialogue, health issues, and figuring out my path. Without her I would not be the person I am today.
Julie is a very warm and supportive person. Her sessions leave me feeling grounded, positive and motivated. I am grateful to have received her guidance and toolkit of techniques to deal with emotions, which has boosted my confidence and resilience moving forward.
