When asking new clients what they have been told about a session with me, the answer is invariably “my friend/colleague just said I need it and should come and find out for myself.”
Smiling, I can't help but agree. Experiencing the unique blending of the techniques I use is definitely the best way to understand their true impact. Especially when I design each session specifically for you, for where you are in your journey, and what it is that you are wanting. Which is amazing as a practice, but a bit unhelpful when attempting to help people know how beneficial this work can be.
So, let me briefly describe the way I assist people to heal and find clarity and purpose through the blending of NLP, Havening Techniques and Healing Touch:
A Solution Focused Approach
First, it is important to understand that this is a very solution focused therapy. Which means that we will spend a little time examining what you want? From this session? For this week? For your life?
Getting this clarity on how you are experiencing your life right now vs how you would like to be experiencing it, leads to exploring the changes that need to happen for that to become a reality. What has been holding you back? What needs to change? What needs to be healed? What needs to be let go of?
This is where the different modalities come into their own – helping you to recognize, acknowledge and release past trauma’s, past disappointments, regrets and otherwise unhelpful experiences that have contributed to how you are experiencing your life now, and potentially stopping you from moving forward.
The Successful Blending of NLP, Havening Techniques, and Healing Touch:
NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming)
Fundamentally, NLP helps empower you to identify and reframe limiting beliefs and thought patterns, create positive change and promote mental and emotional well-being. A common mis-conception about NLP is that it is only about the mind - but thoughts and emotions are deeply connected.

But trauma comes in all sizes. Trauma can be caused by a relatively small experience that doesn’t seem particularly important, but was overwhelming and frightening at the time.
